For a total time, no order necessary, just rep goals for each movement, done is as many clusters as you need to get it done in as little time as possible!
- Trapbar Deadlift - 100 Reps (1.0 - 1.5x bodyweight)
- Ab Wheel - 75 Reps
- Push Press - 50 Reps
- Banded Hollow-body Press - 100 Reps
- Assisted Pull Ups - 50 Reps
